Cancellation Policy

Paint and Go – Booking & Cancellation Policy We can't wait to paint with you! As a small pop-up business, every booking helps us plan materials, staffing, and venue setup. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy before booking. Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations More than 48 hours before your event: You may cancel your booking and receive either: a full refund, or a credit to use at a future Paint and Go event (your choice). Within 48 hours of your event: Unfortunately, no cancellations, refunds, or credits can be offered. This is because materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your booking, and your space has been reserved. Transferring Your Booking If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please let us know their name before the event. If We Need to Cancel In the unlikely event that Paint and Go needs to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: a full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to another event. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals are welcome, but the session will finish at the scheduled time, and we may not be able to provide additional instruction for missed time.
